Digital Humanities is an interdisciplinary field that leverages the latest digital technology to better understand and analyze cultural and historical artifacts and practices. It blends traditional humanities disciplines, such as history, literature, and art history, with social sciences, computer science, and other related fields.
Digital Humanities uses a wide range of digital tools, such as digital archives, text and data mining, digital mapping, and visualization techniques, to gain new insights into cultural heritage, historical events, and human behavior.
